Our staff Chrismas Party was held Dec.1/12 at the Tulalip Resort Casino. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, from check in, to the servers, the doormen (bouncers) at the impulse lounge, check. The food for our dinner was a bit salty but the prime rib was cooked to perfection.
Exceptional service throughout the entire day, evening and next morning. Another 2 minutes and someone was at our door delivering our new room keys to us. We got into our new room and everything was laid out exactly as I had laid it out in the first room, right down to how I had my hairbrush set on the counter in the bathroom. We called down to the front desk and within 3 minutes one of the managers was at our door to inform us that all our belongings had been moved to a room just down the hall as they couldn't get the TV to work to their satisfaction (it now worked but was a bit staticky). When we got back to our room all of our belongings were gone, everything. We decided to do a wee bit ot gaming before coming back to shower & get ready for the evening's party. my husband discovered that the TV wouldn't turn on so he called to have it taken care of. We had arranged an early check in and got ourselves all set up.
